- Front desk Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Individual practices set their own hours, including evenings.

- Come ten minutes early. Bring an insurance card if you're using one, and a list of anything you're currently taking.

- Ask for the fifteen-minute routing visit. Someone will listen, then walk you to the right door.
